The service "LEGAL OUTSOURCING" which our company offers is in two modes.

“Outsourcing on Applications” mode, a form of cooperation in which a service contract is signed between our organizations within the framework of which you can submit applications for legal services if necessary. In this case payment is made for each specific service separately. Each type of service is charged separately according to the tariffs of the company.

“Fixed outsourcing” mode, a form of cooperation in which a service contract is signed between our organizations within the framework of which you can submit applications for legal services during the term of the contract without limiting of their number. In this case payment is made once a month at a fixed rate regardless of the amount of work.

Legal outsourcing includes the following services:

  • oral and written consultations on the application of the law;
  • registration/reregistration/liquidation of a company, including branches and representative offices;
  • reorganization of a company;
  • licensing, obtaining of permissions;
  • registration of trademarks and other rights to intellectual property;
  • issue of securities (shares, bonds);
  • draft and review contracts and other legal documentation;
  • representation of interests in ICA under the CCI of the Kyrgyz Republic and the courts of the Kyrgyz Republic on administrative and economic cases;
  • organization of correspondence and representation of company interests in relations with government bodies, local authorities, partners and company counterparties;
  • draft and review By-Laws (policies, procedures, instructions);
  • HR records keeping;
  • visa support for employees and partners of the company;
  • legalization of documents, apostille;
  • acting as corporate secretary;
  • initial legal audit of a company.
