The Law company “DE URE consult” Limited Liability Company was founded in 2011 and more than 10 years it provides professional legal and accounting support to the activities of organizations and sole proprietors of Kyrgyzstan, the CIS countries, near and far abroad. Our lawyers specialize in civil, corporate, banking, labour and administrative law - the main areas of legislation governing business processes. At the same time, the presence of professional accountants in the staff allows DE URE consult to provide comprehensive legal and accounting support for the activities of organizations in various areas: from banks and microfinance organizations, construction organizations, trade and service organizations to non-profit organizations, branches and representative offices of international and foreign organizations.
Our Mission
The mission of the Law company DE URE consult is to promote business development in the Kyrgyz Republic through the provision of professional legal services to protect the rights and lawful interests of enterpreneurs and the provision of a range of professional services that will allow to enterpreneurs to focus directly on business development and solving business problems while transferring all legal, accounting and tax issues to experienced specialists of our company.

It is our desire to become a socially responsible company, awareness of responsibility arises for the impact that our company has or can have on society and on environment as well as on the interested parties: employees, clients, suppliers, partners, creditors, and the state.
Understanding and accepting such responsibility we strive to introduce specific measures and principles of responsible attitude into everyday corporate culture and highlight the following areas of their implementation.
Pro bono
On June 24, 2015 at an international conference organized by UNDP in Bishkek the law company DE URE consult along with other law companies and practicing lawyers of Kyrgyzstan signed the Pro Bono Declaration of Principles of Legal Practice. According to this declaration the company expresses its readiness to provide legal assistance to non-profit organizations and persons who are in difficult social or material situation without any delay and payment.
Due to the pro bono idea we have been successfully implementing a professional assistance project for several years: every lawyer in our company selects one project once in a year and provides legal assistance for free. In addition, all lawyers of the company provide free legal consultations on their specialization with prior appointment.

Legal services provided by pro bono by our company are not paid or otherwise compensated by the state or donor organizations. This initiative is carried out by our lawyers and attorneys on a voluntary basis in view of their awareness to the social responsibility to society on the one hand and on the other hand their professional role in ensuring access to justice for people in need. The management of the Law company DE URE consult fully supports their employees in such initiate and creates all for inclusion of pro bono practice as an integral part of its corporate culture.
